What herbs and spices do you use?

We list our ingredients in accordance with Canadian labelling laws which allow for “herbs” and “spices” to be listed as collective terms on the label. One of the reasons for this is because spice blends, including ours, tend to be proprietary in nature and are a key element in our flavour profile. This is why these ingredients are not specifically disclosed on our labels. We are sympathetic to people who have food restrictions and we are here to help if you have questions.
