When a recipe calls for shrimp or prawns, when do I add them to my soup?
Raw prawns or shrimp should be added closer to the end of the cooking time, simmering until fully cooked through. Alternatively, pre-cooked prawns or shrimp can be added at the end to warm them just prior to serving.
