My order hasn't arrived. What should I do?
When you placed your order, you would have been given the option to receive email and/or text message updates regarding the status of your shipment. These notifications will also include your tracking number.

Before contacting Customer Service, we recommend confirming that the shipping address provided on your order is complete and accurate.
If your order was shipped with Canada Post and you have a community mailbox, please check there as well — even if packages have previously been delivered directly to your door.
From time to time, delivery carriers may experience delays or make delivery errors. In some cases, waiting an additional 1–2 business days may allow time for the package to arrive or for the tracking information to update.
