How do I track my order or report a missing package?

Your order will ship with FedEx or Canada Post. You can locate your tracking number in your Shipping Confirmation. That number can be entered into the appropriate link below. 

If you have created an account you can also find this information by logging into your account HERE, clicking on ‘Order History’, then clicking on your ‘Order Number’ which will allow you to view all order details including your tracking number. 


Troubleshooting:

Can’t locate your order?
If your package shipped with Canada Post, please check your community mailbox — even if parcels have previously been delivered directly to your door.

From time to time, carriers may accidentally mis-deliver a package. In some cases, the shipment is corrected and delivered within 1–2 business days, so we recommend allowing a short amount of extra time before contacting Customer Service.

Before reaching out, we also recommend:

  • confirming that your shipping address on the order is complete and correct
  • checking around your delivery area, mailbox, side door, or parcel locker
  • asking household members or neighbours if they accepted the package on your behalf
